The Heatcell is a heat battery that allows you to heat your home entirely with power from solar panels or from off-peak electricity. It is the replacement for the current gas boiler and can be connected to your radiators or underfloor heating in your home.
The result: heating your home at low energy costs.

Many people have had solar panels installed on their roofs. Now that solar panels are becoming less and less attractive, many solar panel owners are looking for a new use for their solar panels. As a result of the new legislation, balancing is no longer profitable. The Heatcell is the perfect solution. The generated electricity is converted directly into heat. The heat is stored for the next few hours or days and released when needed. The electricity generated during the day with solar panels can be used to heat your home in the evening, for example, when electricity is normally expensive. So, in effect, you are balancing in your Heatcell.
Heatcell is also the perfect solution for off-peak use. In fact, with a dynamic power contract, off-peak hours can be fully and optimally utilized to generate heat at a cheaper power rate that can then be used, for example, during the day. This allows you to heat your home with relatively very little cost. If you are considering a dynamic power contract, it is definitely worth looking into this.
Need extra heat outside the off-peak hours or the sun isn’t shining? No problem either. You can then use power from the regular power grid. The Heatcell then needs relatively little power.
The Heatcell is the sustainable and innovative way to heat your home, especially when using solar panels or the off-peak hours. The Heatcell in combination with the solar panels is a completely closed green and sustainable system, which you control with the app. So you are no longer dependent on gas, for example, and the ever-rising price of gas.
Because the Heatcell, compared to the gas boiler, has no internal combustion, there is also no flue gas discharge channel. The Heatcell therefore produces no emissions and is incredibly economical in its use of electricity, namely only about 8 kw per day on average. In addition, the Heatcell is almost silent in operation.
The innovation of the Heatcell combined with radiators and underfloor heating, in addition to durability, guarantees a familiar and pleasant warmth.
The Heatcell is super easy to use.Through the app you have a clear overview. You easily control when the Heatcell should receive power, from which source and you keep track of consumption and what percentage of capacity is left. This way you always have insight and adjust where necessary, so you can use the Heatcell in the most efficient and optimal way. You can choose to control the Heatcell from your own app and you can also add the app to, for example, the Homewizz app.
Installing the Heatcell is an easy job for any installer. This is because the Heatcell can be connected to the existing connections of the central heating boiler and uses the same couplings. So it is literally as simple as disconnecting and connecting. After connecting the Heatcell, link it to the app on your phone and you’re ready to go.
So with the Heatcell, you are making your entire “heating system” green and not just buying a new device. You don’t see it on the outside but you see it back in consumption and cost.
Av. electricity consumption / 24h | Av. gas consumption / 24h | Av. consumption per year | Cost per year | Cost per day | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Heatcell | 8 kWh | x | 1825 kWh | € 365,00 | € 2,00 (6 months) |
Electric central heating | 15 kWh | x | 5475 kWh | € 1.368,75 | € 3,75 |
Electric heat pump | 10 kWh | x | 3650 kWh | € 912,50 | € 2,50 |
Gas central heating | x | 4 m3 | 1200 m3 | € 2.190,00 | € 6,00 |
Hybrid heat pump | 6 kWh | 2 m3 | 2220 kWh + 730 m3 | € 1.650,00 | € 4,52 |
So don’t wait any longer and become gas independent immediately. No more unnecessary and unpredictable gas costs. The Heatcell puts you back in control of your energy consumption and energy costs.
